1. Introduction

Welcome to ExecLevelLearn! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, programs, and offerings in the field of executive leadership development and training. By enrolling in our courses or participating in our educational programs, you agree to these terms and commit to fully complying with them.

2. Service Eligibility

2.1. Participant Status – Our courses are designed for individuals seeking professional executive education and practical leadership training. When enrolling in our programs, we request information about your background and learning goals to ensure course suitability.
2.2. Enrollment – Participation in our executive education programs requires registration and confirmation by ExecLevelLearn. You are obligated to provide correct and current personal information.
2.3. Learning Standards – We expect professional conduct in all learning interactions. Any form of academic dishonesty, inappropriate behavior, or disrespectful communication may result in course termination.
2.4. Confidentiality – Participants commit to maintaining confidentiality regarding proprietary course materials and other participants' work shared within the learning environment.

3. Course Enrollment and Payment

3.1. Course Registration – Enrollments can be initiated via our website or through educational consultation and are binding after our enrollment confirmation.
3.2. Payment Terms – Course fees are due before the start of the program. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards.
3.3. Enterprise Training – For corporate training programs and group enrollments, customized payment terms may be negotiated, which are specified in the respective training agreement.
3.4. Cancellation Policy – For cancellations up to 14 days before course start, 90% of fees will be refunded; for cancellations up to 7 days before, 50%. For later cancellations, no refund will be provided unless specified otherwise in the course description.

4. Course Design and Changes

4.1. Course Planning and Implementation –

ExecLevelLearn reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, and assigned instructors.
In case of insufficient enrollment, a course may be rescheduled or restructured.
Course modifications will be communicated to participants as early as possible.
4.2. Learning Materials – All course materials, training resources, and educational content are the intellectual property of ExecLevelLearn or our partners. The materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for competitive purposes without written authorization.

5. Premium Programs

5.1. Enrollment – For our Advanced Executive Certification and specialized training programs, separate enrollment conditions apply, which are communicated before course commencement and are binding.
5.2. Cancellation Conditions – Cancellations for these comprehensive programs must be made at least 21 days in advance to receive a partial refund. For later cancellations, no refund will be provided.
5.3. Participant Selection – For certain advanced courses, we reserve the right to evaluate participants based on criteria such as prior experience, professional background, and course prerequisites to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

6. Disclaimer and Warranty

6.1. Liability – ExecLevelLearn is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of employees or instructors. We assume no liability for the implementation of learned concepts by participants in their professional environment.
6.2. Participant Responsibility – Participants are responsible for their learning progress and the application of acquired knowledge. The implementation of leadership concepts and techniques is at their own risk and should consider their specific circumstances and regulatory requirements.

7. Facilities and Property

7.1. Use of Facilities – Learning spaces and technical equipment must be treated with care. The participant is liable for willful damage to our facilities.
7.2. Personal Items – We assume no liability for personal items left in our training facilities. Secure storage options are available for valuable items.

8. Data Privacy

8.1. Data Processing – The processing of personal data is in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy, which is considered an essential part of these Terms and Conditions and should be reviewed carefully.
8.2. Photo and Video Material – During courses and events, photo and video material may be created for documentation and marketing purposes. Participants can object to the use of their image at any time.

9. Refund Policy

9.1. Course Satisfaction – ExecLevelLearn is committed to providing high-quality executive education. If you are not satisfied with our course delivery or instruction quality, please contact us within 7 days of course completion to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and may offer appropriate compensation, such as partial refunds or additional training sessions at no cost.
9.2. Course Cancellation by ExecLevelLearn – In the event that we must cancel a course, we will provide a full refund of all fees paid or offer to transfer your enrollment to the next available session at your convenience. We will make every effort to notify you of cancellations as early as possible.
9.3. Refund Processing – All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned to the original payment method. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy terms outlined in section 3.4 and may be prorated based on completed course modules.
9.4. Dispute Resolution – Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved through professional mediation in accordance with Swiss commercial law. We are committed to fair and transparent resolution of all participant concerns.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. Severability Clause – Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
10.2. Applicable Law – These Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the location of ExecLevelLearn's headquarters in Zürich, to the extent legally permissible.
